New Zealand has pretty much everything Japan has in terms of cars. Hell, half of the "JDM" motors we get here are actually from NZ or Australia.

I think the 6th gen wagons are pretty hot. I would rock one! There's absolutely nothing wrong with a wagon. Look at a CB7 wagon... they just have an extra window where the trunk usually is! Adds what, maybe 150lbs? You can still make a wag a beast. Plus, you can haul 2 full motors in a wag! Try that in your coupe!
