hardly ever, the only time i really do it is at meets. im trying to baby my engine, so that at the meets it can let loose.

I go wide open and wayyyyyy into vtec everyday, at every light, every chance I get. On the freeway to work on a bad rainy day I'll hit at least 120 mph. The only time I dont get on the gas is if I'm driving a bunch of people to lunch or theres a cop around... Other than that I'm on the gas snapping off 8000 rpm shifts all the time. My f22 ran perfect until the day I swapped it. My h22 ran great and strong until I over revved it in 4th at about 135 or so. Spun the rod bearing but yeah I beat on my car constantly.
