no manual tranny i have ever come across has a "valvebody" as far as I know only autos have valvebodies...

first off cb7 automatic transmissions are not triptronic or sportronic. You can manually shift the cars from 1st to 2nd using the button, and then d3 and d4 by just sliding the handle. Again shifting the auto transmission is not reccommended for daily use but can be used from time to time. Not really sure why someone would want to manually shift there auto but hey why not.

the answer i think the person is looking for is how to turn auto into manual, and the simple answer is change tranny's. search the technician part of the forum on steps and help.

I was saying in a diff thread that I wanted a 5-speed swap but it was very very expensive!!!!!

I dunno why you would want to do that first of all. Second of all as mentioned no manual valve bodies on accord. Im pretty sure you can custom make some but its not worth the time and money at the end. Might as well get a Manual tranny if thats what your lookin for.

Beefing up an auto tranny is far more expensive than swapping in a manual tranny.

Do some research. If someone gives you an option that seems incredibly simple AND rather uncommon, it's probably not possible (or harmful in some way). Common sense people... Use it. Locked.
