It's not that I want to dispute the charge. I just want the mofo to answer some of me emails back. I had enough w/ this guy if you don't know when they will be instock say so but don't lead me to believe that they're coming in a week and then tell me something diffrent.

Just b/c U post more doesn't mean U know more!

I agree full heartedly... but there is a limit to how long I'd stay patient without response to a purchase....

I'm having difficulties getting a car I purchased from a member here shipped (This is NOT his fault.. completely the shipper's fault). I'm not stressing it though since him and I are in contact constantly... we're working things out and are trying to figure out alternative methods of shipping to keep me happy.... and possibly put some extra money in his pocket. This is how good business is done....

This is unfortunate...I had nothing but a good transaction with him and plan to do another in the future.

So how did things turn out?

I ordered mine (omnipower coilovers - street) the 10th of april...just got 'em yesterday (may 25th). So, yeah, it could take awhile. My order before that took just under a month...shit happens it seems. Parts got here, and they responded to my e-mails within a couple days. I was told Mike had a funeral/wake to attend, therefore someone else had to take up his duties. Meh...they were nice enough.
I only know of one BS email- were they told me they had shipped the items based on thier phone call to me, although I had never talked to them on the phone, and they didn't show up on the caller ID either. But perhaps I entered my phone number wrong, and the person who answered was BSing them, or they paniced cause I wanted to cancel the order after five weeks. Me dunno.

Yeah they're here finally and installed on the car they ride very well and i'm pleased w/ the product. Just in the begining dealing w/ kteller was not pleasant at all. It would've been diff if i hadn't been lied to right off the bat about them shipping. But what can ya do in the end i got my coilovers even if it did take more than a couple of months!

When dealing with a fairly small company like kteller.com, you need to be patient. They don't have multiple massive warehouses throughout the country. Any new product and it's delivery time is at the mercy of the manufacturer. kteller.com is just a reseller. If the manufacturer screws up in production or shipping, there's nothing that they can do. They don't have the capital to front the funding for many of the new products, so they need a few orders in, I would assume. I agree that perhaps they should've been a little better on communication, but how many other people do you think they had to deal with? I often have my hands full on this little site, and I hardly sell anything here!

Anyway, I'm glad you finally got them.
