not trying to make things worse, but isn't Waco, TX where the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was based in? i remember passing by Waco over the summer when i was in TX and was told that the events of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre took place in Waco. maybe that has something to do with your luck?

so no lights and you got a side window out? you got a job? seriously i bet there are people in the world that would trade you for your bad luck. Things will get better, they have to right.

Oh and be lucky is wasnt a real expensive window i have had to replace both the front and back winshields of my car this year because ppl like to break shit, yeah it sucks but it could of been worse. Things could always be worse.

Wow guys. Do you really think I was after your sympathy? It's an off topic section, it was getting my day down, so I posted about it. I'm not trying to take the wall to court nor was I trying to say that it wasn't my fault, so those of you who made a comment on that are very immature. No where up there did I ask for you to help me out and help me set things in my life straight nor was I trying to compare my problems with yours as I'm sure I haven't got the worst. But if you really want to compare sob stories you little pricks, how about I got hurt fighting for yours mine and our countries and I come back and want to talk about something insignificant and some nobody wants to stand up and get in my way about it. Get over yourself and if all you're good at is tech stuff, get out of this section. Thanks everyone else who had something polite and uplifting to say. Everything has been set straight now as I went the next day up to Dallas during my schoolbreak to look for a window and I finally found one. It had old purple tint on it so I had to spend a while getting that off but I still got it in before that night and then it rained(lucky!). One other thing. The car that I got the window out of was a '92 EX coupe. It was black on tan leather with a 5 spd. No fogs though. I don't think I've ever personally seen a cooler factory-optioned CB7.

Oh and I doubt the Chainsaw Massacre had anything to do with my luck as that happened somewhere outside of Austin.

My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!
