well i didnt see any post on this i serched but has anyone else tried there key on another accord and it worked...? or vice versa.....cause i know i did on Mxcx car and it opened his door and started his car i juss thought it was funny but his key didnt work on my car....funny i think ima go to random cb7 in parkinglots and see if it works....

lol I know a few people at work that have the same thing. Both have chevy pickups.. one key works in both doors and both ignitions... while the other only works in the door.

back in about 1994... we were down in florida on vacation.
Came back from the beach, and there was another Accord identical to ours, so we accidentally went to it. Opened trunk and door with our key.... didn't see if it started the car, as we realized we were in somone elses vehicle!Comment

back in high school some guys had s-10 pick-ups and their keys worked in one another and they would park em different so by the end of the day no one knew where their truck was..lol

my key works on MRXs car
i can open door and start it as well so if he ever pisses me off i am stealin his car or maybe one night when im bored ill go for a lil joy ride and the cool thing is is that his doesn't work for mine so he can't do the same

Yes, my key works on my best friends car. Its a civic hatch, and his keys work on mine. Unlocks the doors, and start the car. Another friend of mine has the same thing goin on w/ his keys. Its kind of kool!
