As soon as you spot the guy make sure he is doing something wrong. You don't want to beat some one senseless when they are only walking their dog. Once you are sure it's him then just sorround him. Make him scared at first. Have some base ball bats and crow bars. Get him good and worried. Then tie him up and drag him into the woods. Interogate him. Ask him why he thought he had the right to mess with your car. You don't need to do anything physicaly damaging. Mental scars never heal.
this is probably the best way to do it.....except ill use my mase and 9mm and tire iron to hold him up....I think that'll freak him out a lil....

I feel you man, my car and a few of my friends was just broke in this week. One of my friend got broke in twice within a month must be the same guys coming back to get the rest of the things. It suck when you park your car infront of your house and still get jacked with an alarm. 90-91 accord seem to be the easiest to break into our windows has no cover protection and that darn knob for powerdoor lock is a joke even a fishing hook can open it I hope you get your theif and give them what he deserved. I try to ask the police for figureprint and since it has happen to my friend too same style of breakin but they say only the stereo and electronic was taken they not going to do much just take case over the phone. That piss me off like they don't even care. We should have a thread and pic of way to improve the accord security physically.. the windows only have an 1/8 inches of rubber to cover it that is a joke. my car and my friend window where pryle open and the darn shock sesnor never go off-dame the car design

was trying to compact an 10 page ranting into 1 paragraph It come down to OP I hope you get your thief and give an boot up his A** for me. 90-91 accord driver/passenger windows has almost nothing to secure them when fully roll up. These windows can be pop out of their place easy just like what happen to my friend accord and I. the worst parts is the thief came back to my friend car the 2nd time(1st time is park at a Mall) park infront of his garage during early morning like 3-4am and use the same trick and took the rest of the thing he could not carry last time like the sub, pillar gauges, nitrous bottle, and attemp to take the CF hood while by friend are asleep in his room next to the gargage about 20 feet away. Thief should have no rights, if it late and your tresspassing on private property and have intend to steal( picture taken with a camera or on video) I will shoot first look later. why do the criminal get treated in hosiptal when wounded and protection by the cop when we are the victim and the cop do noting to protect us and we are treated like criminal for defending our home and property.

sorry for the jacked thread Ops but only another person who experience the issue will understand-
