Dang man. It's rediculous the things going on these days. Instead of staying up a couple nights in a row, and being completely exhausted for when you do catch him. Why not you and a few friends take shifts. Someone stays up all monday night, someone else on tuesday.
As soon as you spot the guy make sure he is doing something wrong. You don't want to beat some one senseless when they are only walking their dog. Once you are sure it's him then just sorround him. Make him scared at first. Have some base ball bats and crow bars. Get him good and worried. Then tie him up and drag him into the woods. Interogate him. Ask him why he thought he had the right to mess with your car. You don't need to do anything physicaly damaging. Mental scars never heal.
