saw this on hondasociety tonight and i just had to share. i'll quote it for ppl who arent on hs.

Anyone know the laws on lights under the car...I just DIYed some undercar neons...well actually they are fluorescent bulbs! Did the whole thing for under 20$. Its actually alot brighter than the pics look(i need to try to take some pics tomorow night without the flash on)..lights up the whole road on both sides on a dark road...looks sick but i think the popo's are gonna be pullin me over quick. Also need to make something to shield the light from coming straight out the side and rather just down..

and to top it off he's rockin the altezzas.

Well you got to admit, that a whole lot cheaper than buying a streetglow kit...but he could have at least hide the lights so they werent showing, IMO it looks better when you just see the glow from them, not actually seeing the bulb....
