Just ask audio_accord (guilty and banned... bastard) or accordlayinkit (victim).
My be NOT cool, but there is leagaly NOTHING that can be done. There is a little loop hol ein the Internet law that states that when you post a photo ont he internet. it becomes PUBLIC porperty and that ANYONE can use it for advertisement.
I checked into that when I was working with my lawyer about what I could do to keep people from taking the pics from my site.
Now the owner of the car can contact the company and reques tthey remove the pics or compensate him for use. but they can properly decline both and be in the legal rights.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Comment
