Almost got attacked by a pit!

So there i am walking to the main office of the apartment complex just about to pick up a package. I was on lunch break and stopped home real quick cause i don't live far from work. I cross the street/parking lot to get to the sidewalk and as i step onto the sidewalk i hear something running up behind me barking...deeply. I turn around real quick and there's a fuckin' brown pitbull runnin' up on me!!! I haul ass to nearest car run around to the passenger side creating some distance as the pit is on the driver's side now, and i jump on the hood of a mustang the lady in the office owns. I made sure not to dent the hood even tho its a v6 The pit comes around the car close enough for me to tell those teeth are DEFINATELY real. I'm up on the hood not panicking but just staring at him intently wishing i had a knife or a gun on me. He barks a couple more times showing teeth and scampers off.

I make it to the office and the ladies there have been calling the police and animal control to come get it for the past couple of hours and nothin was happening. I saw the damn dog on the service road our apartment complex is off of earlier this morning around 7am so its been roaming around for 6 hours. I get my package, and then head out to the car, make it there and see him as I'm driving away chillin' in front of the walkway of a couple of apartments that has a couple of children living there. I really wanna go back there and just slaughter the fucker before he hurts or kills someone. Kinda wanted him to be in the street when i was in the car so i could practice my drifting...

I heard somewhere, don't remember where though, the easiest way to get a pit away from you is to try to kick or punch it square in the nose.... I don't know about you other guys, I would have done the same thing midnight did, run! Lol.... I'm not going to take my chances and try and fight a pit!

When I was about 8, I was attacked by a German Sheppard. Tore my coat to shreds and almost tore me to shreds if it wouldnt have been for a neighbor with a bat. Ever since that day, I am scared SHITLESS of dogs.... no joke. Im glad that motherfucking dog got its ass beat to death.

I would of done the samething as you, jump on a car for safety. I would probably take my belt off and hit it with the buckle.

Here in Ontario they have banned pit bulls. If they are on the street they have to be muzzled and all have to be fixed. Can't even breed them anymore here.

yeah pits are capable of killing just as any animal is. I have a buddy with one and that damn thing will lick you to death before ever biting anything, its how you raise them. Hell i gotta beagle that will tear you apart, the trick is the beagle although very deadly in certain situations isnt the real problem, its me with my M4 that will get ya if your dumb enough to keep hanging out where you dont belong and think that my beagle isnt a threat, he is only the distraction.

its like nothing in the world. definition of relaxation.

This is a picture of what a pitbull can do. Personally I always felt in that type of situation my inner animal will come out and kill the dog, however this image gave me some second thoughts. Just think what a wolf, or a bear could do...
