My comments on this movie was very moving than most movies out there to date. I liked this movie no real special effects just realism at its best. I figure 50cent went through all that drama with betrayal and all the poverty and shit like that. It made me realize something dont fuck with Rick James for those who seen the movie know what I mean. I recommend it to everyone out there go and see it with your girl or anyone.

I was out of town this weekend, and we went out drinking at a bar in this towns main mall.. after we got out at about 12:30 the croud at the local theater was also getting out at the same time, and they were playing the 50 Cent movie..

Basically it was a very comical scene.. a bunch of idiot teenagers, packed into their shitty riced out integra's, civics and cavalier's were blasting 50 cents music on their shitty, stock systems while peeling out of the parking lot.. it just made me shake my head..

He's just some street thug who spit rhymes at the right guy at the right time. I know people who are working in restaurants and mortgage companies with far more talent.

He was nothing but a street thug. I don't need to watch hollywood put a shine on his stupid life. What did he ever do but get shot, live, and get discovered? Nothing worth caring about, IMO. Perhaps if you're a fan. Personally, I'm not. He hasn't even been around long enough for a movie about his life! I mean, make it about someone who has earned their place!

And I'm sure you still don't... you have the Hollywood version. If any of it is based on truth, it's been glamorized beyond recognition. I would believe that to be an accurate depiction of his life about as much as I believe the "build the car" montage in F&F was how you make a 10 second Supra!

I just came back from seeing this movie, I actually thought it was well done, and did not feel ripped off. That aside, I dont agree either with the glorification of drugs and guns by the rap industry and the growing crisis it seems to affect here with gun violence.
