dumb question, why cant i log out?

i can't seem to log out. when i click OK and i get the cookie cleared message, i'm still actually logged in. is there a bug or something? this can be close once it's resolved

i usually can just hit log out, and im all set... doesnt seem to be working at the moment

clean your cache maybe? Internet Options, delete files, history and cache?
