    http://www.ghosttowns.com/states/ct/dudleytown.html

this place is sooo freaky. all it is is the remains of houses and stuff and weird crap happens all the time there. a kid i know was there and he had a newspaper in his car when they walked into the town. didnt think anything of it but when they came back the paper was dated back to the 1600s or something. by the time they drove out of the town is was back to normal a lot of people have had stuff like this happen so i can kinda believe some of the stories. when u go there u are supposed to yell if u can have permision to enter the town. some of my friends havent yelled that and have been chased out by crazy chills in their spine that affects how they walk. but the people who ask for permision go in and out without too much trouble. oh and u cant take anything from the town. kids have taken stuff out of the town like rocks and foundation parts and stuff and they have had bad things happen to them, like they got in an accident or go hurt some how.

Not exactly a legend, or even scary, but there was a porn filmed in one of the dorms here at TX State.

lol yeah it has that feel to it cuz its very well maintained however it is a five story building that has been a hotel since 1897 and was home to world war 1 soldiers while a retreat was happening....... when the soldiers were there the windows of the building were painted black to hide who was in the building since then there has been stories of the place being haunted, im not sure if that is even the right word for what is goin on there but i swear there is something going on there........ i stayed there a few times and everytime im there i go to explore, being a very old historic beautiful hotel it still has style cues from the early 1900's such as a childrens staircase for children to go up while there parents were in the ballroom at the time the custom was children werent to be seen nor heard so they ad a staircase for the childrren to an area in the hotel which had a babysitter style setup where children would be during the parents outing........... this hotel is 5 stories tall but if u inquire about anything past the 3rd floor u will get a response u wouldnt expect the fourth and 5th floor have been closed in upwards of 50 years do to remodeling...... while being remodeled the hotel could not keep a construction crew for anything the crew would always quit and when they found a crew that wouldnt quit the electric tools would malfunction and they would be forced to cease operation....... when i was at this hotel the fourth and fifth floor staircases have been removed however from the otside u can clearly see that there are 5 floors...... ask any member of the staff about floors 4 and 5 and they will quickly reply that they dont exixst and quickly change the subject............... my cousin is very fearless she is far more fearless han i and i dont get scared easily at all so she had the idea to find the childens staircase and sneak up... so like the idiot that i am i listened we fiund it and went up the fourth floor was old and decrepid and infested with bugs and crows were everywhere.... floorboards broken and everthing looking very unupdated since the early 50's and gave u a very eery feeling... after we looked around on the fourth floor we decided to go to the fifth and once we got there i felt a chill............. and if ud like me to continue in a new post i will sorry for the long-winded post
