two part story...this woman orders an iced latte
her husband returns it back to us because she says it tastes weird
im thinking, "it is only espresso and milk, what can we possibly screw up that can possibly lead to a customer returning a drink?)
so we remake it and she sees that the milk is on the bottom of the drink because we put milk in it first and then espresso.
she goes...why isnt this stirred?
"why do we need to stir it?"
"there's milk on the bottom...what is a latte anyaways?"
"it is just espresso and milk"
"well, how come all the other starbucks stirs it?"
"so...how do YOU want me to make the drink? i can shake it for you right now *proceeds to shake the drink, lol*
"idk, just give me a refund"

WTF? a fucking iced latte...and she just wants a refund. this other woman wanted a refund for a venti milk, a stupid ass milk.
she goes, "so how much do i get back for a refund? SEVEN DOLLARS???"
i, "the drink costs 2.45, so you are getting back 2.45..."

which leads me to torrents. i was browsing the a movie and everyone complains that there is a blurred out spot on the video.
the reason there is a blurred out spot, it is because it is the watermark of the mpaa bullshit and everyone hella knocks ont eh video calling it crap and unworthy to watch.

people dont realize how hard it isto acquire DVD screeners, they should stick to their shitty ass vid cam quality because they sure as hell dont have the knowledge to even extract files, so why should they have the abilities to express their opinion? stupid asses need to do their research "how do you watch this...?" "how do you extract this? What is an ISO?"

hahaha i'm laughing at the latte incident. I saw something similar at Starbucks yesterday morning when they didn't put enough of a foamy head on some woman's drink. She went off the deep end and I thought to myself: my god, does she lead a pathetic enough life that she has to feel that she needs to throw a temper tantrum in a store with 30 other people? She didn't ask the barista (if thats the right word or not) for another drink calmly, she instead raised her voice without any prior warning and ended up looking like quite the ass for her efforts.
