What MPG does your H22A 5spd CB7 get?

you get 34 mpg, and you have an H22??
am i missing something here?

It would have probably been a tiny bit higher had I had my car aligned and didnt have a bad axle... or maybe less since then i would have been able to accelerate quicker w/o the axle shaking like a bish.

This thread shouldn't exist... The MPG and 1/4 times are commonplace on here...

I had to reply to phatty though... only 250 per tank? I get on it and get 350 minimum! Usually 400, and I'm running rich. I hit VTEC at least once each time I drive, and my 30 mile trip to work is at 80mph, which is like 4k in 5th with the JDM tranny.

The H22 should get mileage comparable to that of the F22... a little worse, and mostly because of the tendancy to floor it and rev higher. Not to mention the shorter gears of the H tranny. 1/4 mile times for stock/light mods are usually from 15.1 to 14.4... That also depends on the condition of the motor, trans, clutch, and skill of the driver.

Usually the H22 will run Mid 14's

probably coz your F22 ain't running right. i've got a modded H22(only thing not installed are the camshafts) mated to the F22a6 tranny.. when i drive from Queens,NY to Pomona,NJ.. its about 250miles-roundtrip(mostly highway). i leave NY with a full tank and return with the gas needle a little over the halfway mark

my f22a isnt running PERFECT but it runs good . . . i mean I DO get almost 400 miles to a tank if its mostly highway. and 02 sensor and new fuel filter would prolly help too . . . but thats amazing if you can get ~500 miles out of a tank . . .
