haha, the mouse died naturally, and the cat came in for an easy meal and choked on the mouse. the mouse killed the cat.

btw, i dont think a mouse would die quickly enough to be dead when the cat was eating it unless the cat attacked it, and waited like 15 min to eat it

The cat killed itself... the mouse was already dead, therefore it can't do anything!

As for the building... the guy jumped. The act of jumping means that he intended to die. He died (accidentally) before he hit, but it's still suicide because of the intent. The gun going off has nothing to do with it, and can't be called murder. The man shouldn't have been there in the first place!

I would have to say neither, you'd just cease to exist. But if I MUST say one or the other, I'd go with suicide, since suicide means you kill yourself, flux capacitor or no.

If you go back in time and kill you from that period, its suicide since you can't grow up to do it, thus you die. However, if you to the future and kill the old you, its murder since you don't die.

See what happens when a chemical engineering major falls asleep in his geology elective? He starts thinking about stuff like that.

BTW, I don't know the answer to this question...it was something I was just thinking about one day.

ok but if you go forward in time and kill your old self, then you go back to present time and live until the age that you had killed yourself, then you would be expecting it and know just how it will happen so you will be prepared for it, elude the murder and kill your younger self, so in reality, the murder later becomes a suicide. arent time paradoxes great?

but i believe in parallel universes. every action we could possibly take happens, either in this or another universe. its a never ending branch. at this point there are possibly a countless number of universes all coexisting with each other. for example, i could type in a whole bunch of expletives, get kicked off the board and then throw my computer thru the window. theres three actions right there. creating eight universes. if i labeled those three actions above 1, 2, 3 then theres a universes where the following happens:
