well.... i'm waiting for one part..... one little itty bitty part for my motor to be running..... something called a timing gear.... that i ordered wed morning at 10:14 am...... but what happens? they don't place the order till thursday....even after i payed extra to have it here by YESTERDAY.... went up there twice..... nothing..... there like... "well..... it might be here monday" the fuck these people thinkin man? i payed 50 bucks for a 30 dollar part.... just to get it here on sat...

well i myself have been dicked over for it to get there early and i work for Honda lol. Ive waited one time over a week after the due date of my specific part. I guess sometimes some trucks, or how they are shipped get shipped to different places and a driver has to run down to get the part to the popper location...

haha....yep, don't feel bad, the parts dept wears me out too...and I'm one of the techs! I go round and round with the parts guys pretty much on a daily basis.

This is the reason why i either:

A: Dont Break anything.
B. If I do break it I try to repair it
C. Try making my own replacement
D. Head to the parts yard

Then when all other methods are exhausted, I suck it up and head tho the stealership. Usually, Its for something that is not important.

go in and ask to speak with a manager, and get loud and obnoxious...best way to get people to listen to you is to get them where they will actually WANT to listen, and if they can you, then they wont listen, but if you get mad, they will listen...
tell them how freakin dissatisfied you are in their service, and that you don't want to come back because of it, get your part, and then never go back there again..
