...why this thing hasn't been functioning properly.

It's an old-ass Compaq Proliant 1600R server that one of my clients has been using on an occasional basis post-migration to pick at old files. They were wondering why it suddenly stopped responding and wouldn't restart easily. I'm suprised it even POSTs. I actually got it to boot once, but it barely functions. Take a look:
