fuckers stole my whole system....pissed

the good:

-no broken glass, no sign of forced entry (and yes, I don't have an alarm yet)

-wheel lock key still in glove box along with one of my JDM sidemarkers....the other is with my friend whos working on the install project

-I have insurance with $100 deductible...

-they left the car itself...without damages...a real thief would've taken the whole car


but gawwdammm I feel violated....

So how did they get in, was the door unlock. Shit lucky for you. Fucker broke off my window and didn't steal shit the first time, maybe they got scare and ran off. Second time they broke off the this pin that holds the window in place so you can't flex it. Don't know how they broke it or know about breaking it to easily flex the window. That fucken little pin shit cost 20 buck at the dealer too. So I feel you. KILL THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

benn there not long ago. got my stereo stolen too. i was looking for marks how the thies he broke in and i couldnt find it at first. what my thief did is used something like a long screwdriver and wedged it under the handle near the key hole. right there behind the handle there is a plastic piece holding a wire for the lock mechanism. once the plastic is broken its easy to unlock the door. in other words the dude knew what he was doin.

Yeah...this person knew what they were doin too....it's a DX, so no power locks or windows = easy pickens....no damage, probably slim jimmed it...

yea when i had my cb7 it got broken into and it was at the mall i fuckin saw the fuckers driving away. but i was still about 100 yards away the fucken cops didnt do shit. and the way that they commonaly get in is that little latch that tenji was talking about, the bend it or break it off, then just use a flat head screwdriver and pop the window out of the seal then the window is basically free u can pull it out w/o breaking it and open the lock with ur hand. ive done it when i locked my keys in the car. yea i know it sucks, happned twice to me.

sorry man, next time, get a rider on your insurance to cover your stereo equipment...mine covers my subs and stuff, not everything, but most of it for like $6 a month, and thats $2000 of coverage, i'd look into it...my good friend had his stuff stolen, so i got my stuff covered by nationwide!
