Hurricane Katrina...

Ive been seeing the news, and their coverage of hurricane katrina and i must say...........I feel for those people, and it must royally suck for them. It even hurts me to see so many people lose their homes and suffer like that. I've never had any experience with hurricanes, but from what I can see....all i can say is......"ouch".

This is for the people who have been affected by this tragedy....I hope the best of luck to all of you, and I hope that you find the strength to hang in there and get back on your feet in no time. I also hope for a fast recovery for you guys. You'll be in my prayers. Take best of cares, and God bless.

Hey guys...they really need help. As soon as I get my paycheck in a couple days...im going to donate to the red cross to help out the victims. I think we should as much as we can...

I already donated 100 dollars to the nearby coffee exchange, who is accepting donations towards the katrina fund.....I wish I could have donated more though.....

me and my g/f donated $250 total today at the local hospital were there accepting donations....i know its not a lot but anybit counts......it all adds up. and fizzbob is in alabama but didnt get in any danger.thankfully.

I am going to donate next week when I get paid. I wish I could help sooner and with more money, but they will still need it then.

Does anybody even know if we have membres that are *in* the area at all?
I dont recall any of our members being from that part of the Country. On the other hand,
if there are .. it would be very difficult if not impossible, to know anything at all ..

I sure hope they can get those people allll the help they need .. and then some ..

as some of u may kno, i work for macys which is owned by FDS. and if u make a donation towards the katrina fund through any store owned by FDS, FDS will match your donation up to 1million dollars. some stores owned by FDS are macys, bon-macys, bloomingdales.
