ok since accordtunerx brought it out lemme explain the very misunderstod difference between rap and hip hop........
hip-hop consists of tru mc's aka master of ceremonies mic controler and also as j-live says "Move the Crowd" these hip-hoppers usually talk about real things and real issues not "c'mon now yall kno gold is gettin old the ice in my teeth keep tha crystal cold" they usually nevva talk about how many hoes theyve smacked and how much money they got.. dilated peoples or even betta yet dead prez they talk about a whole lot of political things-as i said real topics........now to the rap side.........
rappers such as cash money, 50 cent and his 24 hr groupies g-unit most rappers dnt really have ne lyrical presence or have ne real skill mostly tryed to be portrayed as a thug gangster or P.I.M.P with so many weak and overpayed rapers in tha game mostly the public is left to decide who isnt the worst and then yet they are put on a pedestal with the exception of jay-z nas bustah rhymes eminem jada and a couple more all of them started in the underground so if u say rap sux i can highly agree with 93accordse cuz i dnt listen to rap im a hip-hopper..............
