I've been out playing paintball in this weather before. Holy crap I thought I was going to die during that. Like 3 rounds in and I was fscked up, I was so famished I had to quit. Then again thick, long sleeved, dark clothing + running + adrenaline + out of shape + dehydrated + too much gear = fscked up.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

Yeah, I don't remember the summers being this humid. I would die if I lived in FL. And yet Vegas would be fine. Fuck you NJ humidity! I was playing with my car last night into the morning and I was sweatin like there's no tomorrow, even though it was only in the 70's.

Try 128 degrees and 90-100% humidity! That is what it has been in my hometown. It has been so humid that the moisture being removed by the AC unit on my house overflowed the drain pan/line and cause the ceiling in the bedroom to collapse! We were one of at least 5 people that has happened to so far. Man I wish the folks would move.

After putting it off for days, I finally bit the bullet and worked on my yard. Cutting front and back yards, edging both, cutting most of our 50 plus(I'm not joking) bushes and hedges, and using the leaf blower.

I thought I was going to pass out. And I've never sweat that much in my life! I was probably 100 or 101 at the time.

I have to give credit to all the people that work outside all summer long.

I need to remind you all to drink lots of water. If you're like me you've been too close to heat exhaustion on several occasions . Ya' know when you start to pass out, and your peripheral vision turns white, getting tunnel vision. Cold sweats and shaking. Not enjoyable!
