I love it! Probably because I'm Japanese-Canadian and grew up eating it a few times a month. I could probably eat it every day. We got lots of good all you can eat joints up here in Vancouver along with more expensive good places as well.

Seared tuna sashimi is a rare tuna steak!

I love sushi. My mom got me hooked on it when she had me try some hamachi. I got my girl hooked on tuna (oddly, she didn't like the cooked California roll, but she liked the raw tuna!) I think it's kinda funny when you finally get into it, you always get these odd cravings for it! I haven't tried making my own yet... I really need to do that!

Damn, I thought I was the only one. THat shit is expensive as hellsa but it's fricken good. Parents took me to the sushi restauraunt when I was about 5 and I was rippin that shit up. Sushi owns all other foods.

                              I'm still new to it...

Wasabi usage is a black art...it can really make or break the whole experience. I remember the last time I had sushi I went overboard...spicy tuna + too much wasabi = on your tongue. I might have to go all the way into the city this weekend just to have some...
