id get a bunch of random numbers so when you hit and run, no one will be able to recognize your plate as easily as opposed to a plate that has one number-3 letters-3 numbers

Unrelated question: If I got another Rosewood Brown sedan could I use the same tags between the two cars? That would be good for having a totally unstreetable car for use along w/a regular one for emissions and stuff...plus you'd have 2 cars and one insurance plan price...anybody know?

hypothetically, yes. would i do it? yes. is it legal? no.

most cops would just look at it, run plates, brown accord, ok you can go. but the asshole ones would check and compare your vin (once in a blue) but you can fight it. because there's no way thats provable in court, unless they impound the car, and prove that the vin number is different. if you get caught in a situation, you can say that you just brought this car, show the title and explain that it is "in transit" and since it is essentially the same car, you thought it would be ok to just take it home.
