thanks man. you've also brought up a lot of rational reasoning in your posts in the other FSAE thread... and i agree with them all.

i don't see anything wrong with taking out the numbers. FSAE/HSHO... either one.... post about your pride for YOUR motor.

it doesn't mean you're saying one's better over the other or whatever. consider it your online decal/bumper sticker. just like in real life - people stick decals on their car for 'dc sports', 'apex', etc. it doesn't mean that they're saying that a'pexi products are better than greddy. they just want to represent their preference.

I would really like to know who EXACTLY had such a problem with this... and what was said in the mod forum...Obviously whoever it was feels like they cannot express their opinion openly in the public forums...seems a lil shady in my book...or cowardly at the very least...I saw nothing in the FSAE thread to indicate that it was any plain ol member and based on the comments in that thread it seems it was a moderator who was doing the bitching...in the invisible mod forum no less...away from the prying eyes of the members and any response or opinions we might have...

IMO this is a bit disappointing, makes it look like "a certain admin" caters to his buddies' wishes above the wishes of the members or the majority. Which are what keep this board going... Treat your members right and remember that we are more important than the wishes of the few...


I'm still calling out whoever started the bitching... If there's no response from whoever started it...then i see it as a moot point that never should have gotten serious consideration in the first place...and the original thread should be unlocked...

As some people like to say...put up or shut up.




Oh and I'm keeping my damn number... and I'll call it a club if I damn well feel like it...If someone doesn't like it then tough shit... I have no responsibility to be PC or cater to the wishes of others...
