i dont have the approval to post what has been posted in the mod forum.. but some people feel that this sig club.. somehow will break apart what cb7 is... (a nation of people who love to tune THEIR accord)
      some people feel that since
FSAE and H22a club have been started that it somehow takes away from the unity that this forum has ALWAYS had and ALWAYS will have..
to me.. this sig club in no way draws a line on this forum..
      all it states is this
FSAE= F Series Accord enthusiasts.. hmm.. translation for the lame..

people who love to tune their accord with a F series.. why does that somehow branch off's the rest of the members..
i find this view totally offense to what cb7 is.. thats categorizing the members to have some sort of separartion from other members because they mod their F series...
having FSAE in your sig is JUST as mention a mod..
      example..
if person A has DC sports 4-2-1 in their sig and person B has a Pacesetter does that categorize either because they choose to roll with a different brand?
again.. this is all my jibber jabber opinion .. take it as u will
does someone mentioning that the found people just like them who like to do EXACTLY what they do categorize em to be narrow-minded or somehow different?
why is us expressing how we tune different from some one putting hmm i dunno.. h22a in their sig or DOHC VTEC ..
why because their is a "Group" to it now?
i dunno i feel that these feelings of broken up unity are non existent and that this sig club shouldnt be shut down.. and if it does it will truly create disunity because this justs indicates the lack of "trust" that other members have that this will not conflict how the forum continues to spin...

and thats the way the cooie crumbles

ok i'm new to the FSAE group and i'd like to speak on why i joined...might clear some mod heads out there. First i joined this forum because the ppl here respect and love their cars. I come here with questions and also answers concerning our cars. Theres not alot of information about our f-series engines and building one of these is diving into the performance world blind folded. The h-series has been put in everything from civics 2 integras, to mini coopers and VW bugs. Their aftermarket is huge where as it took me about 3 months to find a company that stocked f22 pistons and even longer to find in-house ground camshafts. This group hasn't disowned itself from the forum, i bet if a cb7 h22er had a question we could answer we'd still reply or atleast find out. I don't agree in any way, shape, or form that we've lost respect for other cars at all. I will NOT be secluding myself to one portion of the board. And I will STILL be ranting and raving all over your threads.

just.. being able to talk to people who love what they love on a sub level.. hmmmmms sounds familiar..
            www.cb7tuner.com - well said wikkedv16

This is a forum made because someone wanted to pull together a group of ppl that had one common interest and one common goal. The continuing love and respect for cb7's

the reason i joined this forum is i know american engines, but as for the F22 enough to keep mine running while i dump all my money into a 1990 accord.(and some ppl think thats stupid) but i found a place where everyone for the most part seemed to understand my goals with my older accord. Having said that i would be honored to be a part of the sub-structure of the CB7 forums. If i am accepted that is.

update soon to come this winter hopefully will be complete change of the car. body kit is awaiting confirmation of no longer being mine. Ive sworn off fiberglass..lol. engine will be pulled and rebuilt using race engineering wiseco components and of course bought a turbo set up from fellow cb7 member.

                of course.

if you haven't already seen the first post of this thread - i just edited it... and we're not really making this a set CLUB anymore... but just sorta representing for the f22 tuners out there.

so if you'd like - you can just add the FSAE text into your sig somewhere...

                  bah

                  i wanna join

im proud of my f series and i have plans for her

but do we really "join" anymore?

i mean, do we just add the FSAE thing to our sigs?

i think i was more inclined when you had to join

i mean, any old person who shows up on the board with a bone stock CB7 could put that in his/her sig

are they enthusiasts? maybe but prolly not

just happen to own the engine

so i think it should be changed

to FSAT - f series accord tuners

for people who actually want to tune and take their f series to another level. i think that was the point of it in the beginning.
Now its been watered down to appease the whining masses

i dont want to represent FSAE in my sig when i work on a custom turbo setup, port and polished head and racing cam, and the guy next to me with the same engine has an intake and header and basically takes no pride in his engine

                  could just be me.....

                      well

its not about what you do and dont have
but i dont think any joe blow should have it in their sig

i think its fine if all you have is an intake, as long as your serious about tuning your f series

not just FSAE cuz you dont have enough money for the H22

should be FSAE and mean it

                      you know what i mean?

                        how bout this:
FSAE - F series accord enthusiats..."A dying breed thats taking it to the next level"

I'd be proud to put something like that in my sig. I say to be able to have this in your sig you have to taking it to the next level...more than just i/h/e. I consider real work things that require downtime and patience such as p&p's, internal work and even forced induction.

sounds good... i like that idea.

but how about just "FSAE : F Series Accord Enthusiasts - taking it to the next level..."

sounds simpler to me, and it still implies being serious about f-series tuning.

let's still not try and make an exclusive club out of this though.

seriously.. for those who dont know i dont have a cb7.. but rep it to the fulliest of my abilities without having one.. when i do have one..
                            all you will see is

hopefully ill have one before summer but who knows..
anyway.. back on topic.. i agree with not any ol joe having it..
but so far the people who do/did have it were truely some hardcore peeps into their F series.. i cant think of one that wasnt..
to say the least.. we all have had some import on tuning the F series
and i like FSAE better then FSAT ..
                            hence
