but, i was riding my dirt bike at this place call star west in lake paris (CA.) and i came off a huge table top (jump) and my front wheel came down a little too far and i went over the handle bars and i was flying to the ground head first so i put my arms out to break the fall then SNAP SNAP both arms shattered well after 5 surgerys and 10 weeks rehab booya! good as new
