Luther Vandross passed today..sigh......im into every type of music..especially soul...motown ya kno..this guy is truly a pioneer..ionno bout yall..but i occasioanlly roll up my windows in my cb7 and blast some luther....sigh...pay your respects to the man...its a sad...day

He's not my style, but I've always respected him. He was truly one of the great names in music, and he will be missed.
There are some artists that, even though you don't really appreciate them in life, still leave a void in passing. Some people always just seem like they will always be there.

He died at a very young age. His music will always be remembered. My condolences goes out to his family and close friends. Have to admit, he did have some "baby making music".
