That's the way to do it LLC is the way to go... most of the benefits of a corporation, minus a lot of the downsides. Only taxed once, right?

I know I have nothing to offer you here Tito, but I have to spew my uselessness anyway. Just sayin that I ALMOST formed a partnership with my friend. We were very close to opening a restaurant. I still want to do it, but I have nothing to risk (I can't risk what I have, and I have no money to put in!)
