604 hp and 12 second car with those numbers dont add up right. The turbo is way to big or there are major traction issues. This just goes to show peak horsepower doesnt mean shit. You can make all the horse power you want, but if its not tuned correctly you will still get bad times. Expect low tens with that kind of power.

As for why he hasnt snaped an axle its beause his tires slip before he reached his tq band.

Tuning isnt the problem, its everything else.

i have no reason to see why it would be bs... yea it was pretty slow for what it is, but it was his first time at the track with that setup. Im sure it will get much better. his trap speed is really low which is something that I never really see, so my guess is he gets moving quickly and then starts spinning on the top end once he hits full boost

That's not bullshit. Says he'll post the video soon. The tuner shop that did his motor is in MN. I wish he posted his setup.

not BS there is a old thread on this and also, it is possible, the car is still heavy which doesn`t help the wheel spind (i mean light for a accord, heavy for a high H.P. drag car) cause the CRX`s u guys r used to seeing run like 350hp or so will run like high 11`s on a good day, but u gotta think. those dudes have carbon fiber peices on the body and they r gutted serious and they weigh like 1800 lbs or so some times (also, the lightest civic i saw was 1600lbs)...
