Damn man! That sucks! Can you recover anything from the person you hit? Usually, rear-ending someone would be considered your fault, but if they were going abnormally slow with no lights on, I don't see how it could possibly be your fault (and not theirs). If it's not totaled, maybe you can get them to pay for the repairs.

id be in a fuckin coma if that was me thats fucked up bro. What car did you hit and was the man elderly around how old it could be his fault hes not supposed to drive no taillights if he did and he didnt have any harzard lights on thats his fault on the highway regaurdless even though fuckin insurance companies dont listen to shit

Jersey is the same way... It sucks when some ass is driving like that, and you can't stop fast enough. You could possibly argue it, since there are ALWAYS exceptions. Maybe you can at least get it to be a no-fault judgement.

just have to pay attention for these ass-wipes & prepare to manuver, always check who's comin up on ya & to the sides of you in case u have to do a quick lane change. I've had to do one cuz peeps all started breakin like crazy at 75 mph..just keep ur eyes open holmes
