Another CB7 Tuner bites the dust...

Well its been a long fun 7 years of tuning, racing, and modifying but I think i'm finally done with the CB7...Went out yesterday and bought a 2002 Acura CL with anything and everything, so the accord doesn't have its spark anymore like it used to. It was a fun little car but since it was my first car since I was 16, its time for something else. I'll be checking back on these boards every now and again...but now i have something a little more "upbeat" to play with.

The cl-s only makes 240, cl-p makes 220. I hope you got a manual, my friends auto is on his 3rd tranny.

:-/ Man I was looking forward to seeing your CB7! And meeting you, of course... but as long as you stick around here and come to a meet or two that will happen Good luck with the CL though! My first race ever was against a CL... it beat me by .02

I suggest that when someone dumps their CB7 for whatever reason, they should have to leave it to the community so that we may devour it's parts like piranahs until there is nothing left but bones, er, frame.

Hehe, well i still own my CB7 and honestly, i do miss driving it because it actually felt "sportier" than the CL...but i'm actually going to the dealer today about picking up a red '02 Type-S since the local dealer offers a 72 hour buyback on the car. Its a dark green, fully loaded with everything except navi, only on the 16's (since its not an S), 37k on it, one owner non smoker, auto with manumatic shift, immaculate tan interior, heated everything...very sexy car. If I keep my cb7, i'm gonna make it an ultimate weekend warrior since i now have a fully reliable daily driver...if not, i'm gonna probably sell it...not sure about parting it out or not...I'd still definitely come to all local meets and track days since I haven't lost the bug for cars, just wanted to get something comfortable and stock.
