My JDM CC2 headlights showed up today, and I though id share with everybody...







(im assuming this is the plug for the fogs, correct?)


The packaging was Chinese newspaper, Fubared civic!

Hmm, so the 9006 and 9005 bulbs fit into those two holes, the corner/parking lights go in the other, but what is that yellow light? Do you have to wire that up? Are you just going to tap into the high beams wiring and wire it up?

That's awesome. So you can connect those with a fog light switch right? Maybe you can add the JDM or USDM fogs to your bumper and wire it in parallel with those fogs. THat would look awesome

I was actually going to run the headlight fog as a DRL, and have my bumper fogs wired up like normal (switched.)

But Basically, the plan is as follows for my front end...

-Wire up the DRL's (the high beam is a dual filiment.)
-Wire up teh bumper Fogs normal, with the switchm and tint the casings yellow.
-Wire up the headlight Fogs as DRL's
-Modify my stock grill to fill in the space between the headlights, giving it a more OEM look.
-Tint a portion of the front turn idicators black to carry on the contunity.
-Rape my Maxima for its intersection light harness/relays so my Accord Intersection lights function like they should.
and a little down the road...
-Crack open these lights and retrofit HID projectors and tint the side lights casings amber.

Friggin awesome. I see your planning on a NSX brake swap. Did u get the parts already? It is a direct bolt in or will u need to modify anything?

Yep, i got the calipers so far, and thats it. Im going to do a rotor over hub conversion while im at it, so i need CL hubs. I also need some bigger, thicker calipers, and a larger master cylinder. Im also giong to have to get some wheel spacers, longer wheel studs, and Im going to upgrade to SS lines while im at it.

As for weather it will bolt in or not. Its a direct bolt on, the calipers are the same size as Legend dual pistons, but their made for trailing edge cars (which ours are,) so the smaller piston engages first then the larger, like a "V." Wheres with the Legend calipers being leading edge, you need to swap the left and right calipers around so you can bleed your brakes, this results in the larger piston engaging first, in a "/\" form. Not as effective. True i could have gotten Prelude calipers for cheaper, i wanted to go for teh bling factor on thils one.

the thing you circled is for the fog lights. make sure you run it on a seperate relay and switch or you will burn out your OEM harness.

too bad i didnt know you were buying them.. im selling my whole front end as a whole.

hood, headlights, bumper.. the whole shabang.

btw, whos going to make the brackets to bolt the headlights to?

nope, didn't take any pics of when the hood was marked to cut. i have to re-do my brackets now that i'm changing my lights again.

i got mine from my friend in japan. they dont make the black housing in 2 pieces.. only some of the jdm vigors were 2 piece headlights, but they're like the usdm ones.

i have that same chinese article! it got fucked up when a truck decided to slam the civic into the guard rail, it bounced off and went to the other guard wires.
the woman had her face grinded against the wires so most of her skin is off and her face is like 95% fucked.

damn trucks.
