Lisence Plate Help

I got a little dilemma here.
Currently im tired of my lisence plate. I've gotten tired of looking at it.
Plus, the Blue/White/Yellow PA colors dont flow too
well with my car.
I was thinking of getting another plate. But what do you guys think,
keep my PA plate or get the D.A.R.E. plate which is Black/White/Red
I think the only one that has that here is 97Lude

I'm going to see if my gf's pops could insure my car under his name or address in PA so that I can get cheaper insurance and the one black Dare plate.

For more pics one of the guys with the black cb7 fourdoor, bronze or black 95 7spokes, and HID retrofit has that plate. Will post user name.
