Does the "home made intake" have a CARB E.O. number? hehe That could be a reason they din't pass it. CA smog SUX! I'm having trouble getting my H22 Accord to pass. First it was hi NOx and HCs, replaced the cat and entire exhaust, now it's just HCs. Oh, and the ref said the idle is too high. And I had the wrong E.O. number for the air bypasss valve. DOH!
