yes guys...they stole my stereo and shit in my glove compartment at my work. gated parking structure, camera's, & PARKING SECURITY. and somehow they stupid thieves still manage to steal my shit. im just soo pissed and need to vent. thanks for listening guys!

I'm there for ya bro, I been there two times myself and it sucks and leaves you a feeling of being violated and fuking irritating beyond recognition. It's a hard feeling to describe unless it's actually happened to you. However, it's replaceable, and @ least nothing serious really happened. Thieves will always be around, and that's why we have alarms and all the stuff you listed. However, the only deterrent from not getting robbed is garaging your shit, or not having anything @ all. That's the risk we all take fixing up our cars. I spent 500+ on a rs3 matrix alarm system with remote monitoring, amazing code switching technology, and the kill switch stuff, because my car is important to me and I don't want it going anywhere. Just curious, do you have an alarm?

thanks guys! yea today i just bought an alarm and i got a new headunit. it does feel like i been violated. i am still angry although i have all this new shit just because i worked soo hard for all my shit and now i gotta throw in money just becuz someone fucked up my shit. if i ever catch this fucker who stole ima fuck his ass up wit my autolock. i do have an autolock. and i am wrong for a few things..i didnt detach my faceplate nor did i lock my glove compartment. but to kno i park in such a secure place i woulda figured they would be watching the parking lot making sure nothing happens. but my alarm is going to be hooked up on sunday and its a pretty cool alarm. kinda cheap in price but its a 2-way pager type of alarm and it has the LCD screen on the controller and it has autostart and ima just put a DIY kill switch. im glad they didnt take my whole car tho. but guys just becareful out there. lock up your rides. dont matter how much security u have. lock it up. lock up ur glove compartment and detach ur face plate. i know its the little things that people forget about but im going to make 'locking things up' a new habit. well guys thanks again! Been there done that, twice.

Last time was like yours. It was parked at work not more than a hundred feet away from a guard shack. He claims he didn't see anything. What a bunch of crap. The same theives tried to steal a coworkers car. They thought about my car because I could see finger smears on top of my stearing column.

I have to say these theives have a lot of balls. There is security all over my workplace being the largest winery in the world.

i bought a astra 777 alarm w/ LCD. 90 bucks. i know it aint the shit brand but as long as it goes off when a theft is tryin to jack it...thats all that matters. im sorry to those who got their shit jacked too! lets not forget the little things from now on. take off the faceplate. and take it with u inside your home or lock it in your glove compartment. lock up ur ride with a autolock reguardless of how well u think the area is. and lock all ur doors and arm your alarm. fucken thieves are stupid fags that cant work for their own shit like the rest of us do.

that suks. happend to me a while back in front of a mall whithin 10mins at 3pm where lots of cars could have seen it. went in mall to say sup to friend that worked their then walked out hearing my alarm and cin my window broke out and cd playa missin. they must of split quick cause they din't even try to take my snapon tools layin in the passenger seat or open my glove box! Suks so bad, didn't think somtin could happen that fast! u live and learn, keep ur shit on the dl and keep it with u!

wErd! i was so paranoid today to parking in my work parking structure. instead of parking on the 6th floor which is employee parking i parked on the 4th floor where its public because more people are around to keep an eye out. and i would check on my car like every hour or so. just to make sure nothing is broken or missing. and today one of the security told me he had seen someone walkin around the 6th floor parking lot and he kicked him out and i think it was that dude who stole my shit so i told the security next time to keep his ass there and holler at me so i can run up there and beat the shit outta him.

yea man...ive watched this one hispanic try and break into this van. i reported him in a heartbeat. then my dad and i confronted him and asked him if he needed any help with anything, never saw him again.

so theives like to go back and check out the area. keep your eyes open for suspicious activity.

I had my deck stolen a few months ago when i was parked out on the street in my house. I thought "nobody's gonna steal this crappy deck and break into my crappy car" but then i came in and saw THIS:

from then on, i bought a new and better deck from my friend and detach the faceplate everytime i'm out of the car. i also park on the driveway now. well just a couple days ago, i parked on the street again cause i wouldn't think he'd do it twice. WRONG, WRONG. the mofo tried it again, this time with everything in my glove compartment all over my passenger side seat. luckily, I always take my faceplate with me when i go inside.

i don't know how he does it either, as nothing is broken. no windows or anything. i suspect they use a screwdriver to pry open the door or something. i would get an alarm, but the only thing worth stealing is my deck. plus i don't wanna have to turn off the alarm if some fool gets too close to the car by accident.
