    Question about price on springs.

If I were to be able to pick up a set of brand new Eibach Sportlines for $120 picked up, should I do it?

Also does anyone have pics of the drop, describe it please, I will search when I return but I'm leaving the house, and would like to hear some ideas about it when I get to school via Sidekick2.

Alright, def. will pick those up. I'm planning to mate them to some KYB GR2s for the time being. Will I need a camber kit, I was planning to get them aligned at a shop that uses laser and have my toe/camber adjusted like asap (within a week).

I need to find somewhere that sells GR2s so I can pick some up tomorrow, with an install as early as tomorrow afternoon!

Holla @ the price on those springs bro! Def get an alignment (preferably by Hunter equipment) but I'd wait till you got your shox on and the springs settled.

Ok I spoke to the seller last night, he agreed to let them go for 100$ picked up. I will be going out there in about an hour, but I need to find somewhere that locally sells KYB GR2s because I need the rear shocks (already have the front) and I want to get them installed this afternoon!

I can help you with the install sometime next week, I have the tools. That drop looks almost exactly like mine, weird...2.3" all around my ass!!! Good luck with those springs though.

For real? Damn I just paid $150 to have them installed.

                    Total spent: $500

                    -$100 for Eibach Sportlines
                    -$240 for KYB GR2s
                    -$150 for installation

I love how it looks and feels, doesn't looked slammed but it looks classy. Handles better, bumps are smoother (was prev. riding on blown struts).

I'm envious of your drop, my front isn't that low...but yea I could have helped you out. You wanna do a mini-mini-mini meet tomorrow? I can meet you somewhere near the CIP way up north...I'd come into the BX but I get lost on the highways.

BF .. you'll wanna get (later on) or if funds are available, a camber kit ...I have the *off-set ball-joint* type ..
There's alotta info here on the topic .. search it out ... We have the same set up ...nice drop

It sorta looks like you have a camber issue already .. (seems that way in your image anyway)
If you're runnin good tires .. it'll eat um up fast .. I believe theres some great input on camber issues
on the site .. I'm too lazy to link you ..lol but, congrats on the great deal ..you did awesome !

edit .. ps ..Mike, wow .. lol what a fawkin nice white hunk a hunka beauty that is ...

Thanks for the compliments, I'm loving the look and the ride. Thing is I don't know if I call roll with my Mugen lip in NY (thanks Omega) so I might hold on to it and rock a CD5 lip.

I like the responsiveness of the springs, and now when I take a turn it doesn't feel like I'm going to flip over. Will be taking higher res pics once time frees up. I can't wait for the semester to finish. Its really been kicking my ass. ::

Thanks again for the compliments. Tonite, I put on the Mugen lip that I got from jdm91cb (you're the man bro you know I'mma hook you back up). Oh my god, I'm in love with this car all over again.

Only thing is, its becoming amusing to practice going sideways over speedbumps .
