another bad day

like tha title says my day was just f****in swell after workin a 10 hour shift at a job i cant stand i was drivin home and on go the whirly birds (aka a cop pulled me over) all he pulled me over for was to give me a warning for no front plate next thing i know im being arrested without my rights being read to me at that. i was especially courteous to the guy he just didnt really have a choice my liscense is suspended for stupid emissions test failure the stupid secretary of stat is supposed to send you a notice of suspension but of coarse not so i find myself staring at a wall chained to a bench at the local po po station so i call my mom and 200 dollars later here i am and get this bs my car is impounded............... i swear if someone messes with my car im gonna kill someone i gotta go in tha morning to spend 125 to get sum of a bish out

yeah i had no idea it was suspended, they were supposed to send a notice and they didnt i dont miss out on my mail i would have gotten it im just pissed no because the lot my car is at is closed on sundays

wow that sucks. That's what im afraid of if i drive. Since my license is suspended for 7 surcharges in ( MA ) and yeah. int he 80 days its been suspended I drove like once for 1/2 hr. Thats about it. Talk about withdrawels SHIT...

Same thing happened to Henry (Accrdkid)...when he lived in MA...they suspended his license and he didnt even know because they never sent him anything saying it was and he ended up getting arrested, and had to stay in the police station behind bars...and his car was impounded....which led to soo many issues...
When he came to see me before he lived with me....we thought he had it situated when we went to court in MA and they said they would drop everything if we paid a fine...so we did and then he got stopped up here in NH....and they were going to arrest him...but he tried to tell them he didnt understand how it was still suspended....so eventually he just had to go to court up here in NH and pay a fine or something...thank god...but eventually after like hundreds of dollars later and a shit load of confusion....it was settled...and hes up here now anyway...
But thats ridiculous to suspend a license because you failed an emissions test....thats a little harsh i think...

you get a 90 day period to get ur car to pass emissions its not a smog test
