that really was a scam that sucks i tried to get in on it too but i was too late sorry to hear that -
sorry to hear that bro.
legally, you can file through small claims court. if i remember right, the seller was in hawaii. print out the page of the thread, and any pm's you have. try to find out his real name via hondasociety and/or the seller's e-mail address. you could also see what could be done as far as criminal charges for fraud (claimed to have an item which he never sent and/or didn't have) and/or theft by deception (again, claimed to have an item which he never sent and/or didn't have).
in total, it adds up to a nice sum the guy would have received.
