Depending on mileage and condition, I would say no more than $4000. The TT models seem to go for more, even though they really aren't any better than the single turbo ones (worse, if you were to really try to pull a ton of power from it).
I was looking for cars with my friend, and we came across an 86.5 Supra (the very first turbo model). They wanted $3500 for it, and it was beat to hell... The guy who ran the lot started the car before popping the hood... like he didn't want me touching anything (or seeing anything). It rattled like crazy, making a tapping noise (that was because of the DOHC, they said... takes longer to get the oil to the cams they said...) The thing had NO throttle response (my F22 CB7 seemed like a rocket when I got back into it).
Be sure you check EVERYTHING before you buy, and make sure you get a fair price. With 2 turbos, you have twice as much that can go wrong... and it IS an old car...
Get yerself another CB7 as a daily driver

Find yourself a decent CB7 with a seized engine for well under $1000... Buy an F22 from someone who's doing a swap (if you don't still have yours laying around). I sold mine for $75... tranny included. With luck, you could have a CB7 with a strong motor for under $1500. THEN, build yourself a small turbo kit with eBay parts for about another $1500. Run 5psi, and you'll have a fun little turbo CB7 It won't be as fast as the H22, but hey, it'll be turbo! Plus, if you ever decide to boost the H22 instead of going NA, you'll have many of the parts for it already.
It's so easy with other people's money!
As for the supra, yeah, they really do look pretty nice. But you're right about the t tops. Plus, old+turbo+sportscar=beat to shit. It would be a restoration project that you don't need for a daily driver. If you bought a restored one, you would probably be looking at $7000 at the very least.
