    Moving on

This fall I'm probably going to be forced to relocate as the land I live on is going to be sold. It might be next summer, but as far as I'm concerned, it's this fall...

I will most likely move to the desert. It's probably going to be Phoenix or an area super close to there. I'm also in school right now getting my AAS in automotive technology.

So I was wondering.. How do you guys who live in AZ like it? And if you know of any technical schools other than UTI, please let me know. The only one so far I've found that's less than $24,000 is Gate Way, which seems to be the best bet cause my credits transfer easily. I'm also looking for reputable welding schools in the area too. Thanks!

My wife loved it in AZ when she was there for AIT. It's not a bad move at all!

^ Lol, every time I have to stop and watch for a couple seconds. It's hypnotic.

I'm kinda jealous, you moving out by VTEC Alley, Chris. But then again, heat makes me lazy.

I didnt think I'd annoy anybody with it! Im sure it's gotten to the point where you already know who posted it just from that gif, haha.

Heat makes you lazy? Heat makes me mad. I know it's the desert and it's gonna be hot, I'm aware and accept it. I'm excited to go out there and see all the awesome nonrusted no clear coat having cars. Hopefully Somebody will chime in on a good welding school. I'm 99% certain I'm going to Gate Way. UTI wants law school money, and so does ATI. (24-35,000) I don't have this, and on top of that I have to pay non-residential fees for a year.. That makes it go from 85 to over $300 per credit hour.... Bullshit!

I'm just having trouble processing it due to the fact I've been in Atlanta for 10 years now. Still.. always hard leaving a place you've grown up in and love. Just wish I could finish school before moving

On top of that I have to make sure my car is road worthy! So timing belt, rack and pinion, tires, brakes, etc. also gives me an excuse to buy a roof rack!

I'm not sure if Arizona has it, but seeing as how Cali is next door, I wouldn't be surprised.

Cali is apparently going through a " drought " the detailing groups I'm in is talking about the water restrictions. How to detail around the drought situation, etc.

Hopefully Arizona is better off. Wish you the best there.

It's the desert so I think there's a drought most of the year. Thank you for the kind wishes.
