The one link is a video of it racing, you just have to click the video on the page. Yes it's useable horsepower, if it wasn't he wouldn't be getting the 0-60 in 1.7 lol

I meant around corners. I saw the vid with the plates 8seconds which is rather presumptuous.

kinda meh, except for the 2000 number.

That would be kinda nice to see even though I don't think they intended to make it a cornering oriented car.

The car is nice but having that hp is nice but one mistake and your toast. It would be best aside from a roll-cage to have a force-field on that car for impact protection.

Yeah, that much power is pretty nutty for anything that isn't going to be driven under controlled conditions with emergency personnel on hand.
Imagine 1700hp on the street in a light rain!

It's a cool concept, but after having just 430hp or so in my CTS-V, I couldn't imagine having something with more than 4x that much power. Hell, we had snow today, and I was a little nervous driving in it with just that much power! Just a little too much throttle, and you spin. 1700hp would make that a risk even on totally dry pavement.



Does it say what the cost is? The lowest level is like $7000.

So basically you just brought another GPS for the mount of upgrades put in no thanks I'll stick to granturismo 6 thank you.

thetransmission in that thing is 10 to 15r grand to repair

The alpha 12 package is $100k, not sure just yet on the alpha 16. I did read an article from AMS stating the cars are very streetable because the computer doesn't use that power unless it's floored. It gets 18mpg city and 23mpg highway. The only issue I could see would be the person behind the wheel.

The owner of AMS sold his first alpha 12 for $130k which is a steal because the package alone is $100k lol. Someone got away with murder 8)
