So much this. I have an Digitech RP-200 I bought in high school and it just sounds processed. It was great back in like 2000 when POD was huge and I wanted the digital delay to play a few of their songs.

I was just given my first guitar for an early Christmas gift, now to learn how to play it.

lol Thanks I would rather have had a bass guitar but I also wanted to learn how to play electric guitar too, my mom has an acoustic but it's a 12 string (don't think I could handle that).

EDIT: we also have an interactive computer program that we have had for a while (these two guitars we have now, are not our first, the rest were my mom's though) BUT we lost the cord that goes between the guitar and computer and it's $40 for a replacement one! so for now I will just start on clauses and trying to get the hang of it and hopefully be able to get the cord before long.

Wouldn't it be cool if at some of the meets, we could have *bands* playing from our very own members .. woo hoooo!

Now then .. who plays drums?

By the way...our high school has more famous Rock players in our year than you can imagine. Some very famous and some just in the bands
Steve Luthkather (I don't remember how he spells it)
Steve and Jeff Parcaro, and many band support members
Many actors like Tom Selleck, Micky Dolenz, Judy Norton,
Lon Friend who writes about the rock stars is a close friend.
Me....I just sit and listen. Jack Johnson, Jimmy Buffet.
