Looks like they finally made a product worth buying if your looking for something to break nuts and bolts loose.
PB Blaster, $4.00 before tax for 11oz.
WD40 Rust Release Penetrating Spray, $7.00 before tax for 11oz.
Ill be sticking with PB Blaster thank you. It works just fine and is cheaper plus the product has done me well enough over the years to earn my loyalty.

I use liquid wrench and it works amazing so I won't be changing up until the product no longer works.
I like liquid wrench myself. I used to use it all the time. I prefer PB Blaster over anything though. Is it the best? Hell, I dont know. I have not used the new WD40 stuff, maybe its better than PB Blaster. Doubtful IMO but it would be nice.
I would pay an extra couple bucks to try the wd 40 and see how it compairs but 20 bucks.... ?!?!?!?!? 0_o no way
Update with the results if you don't mind. I would like to know myself. PB Blaster works very well IMO. But if that WD40 Specialist stuff works even better I will start buying it instead.

The WD-40 name is very well recognized... so they can sell their product for more, even if it's no better than the competition! I'll probably give it a shot, though PB Blaster has worked wonders in the past. I've never tried Liquid Wrench... forgot all about that one!
Finally, though... WD-40 that's made for what most people use the original WD-40 for (incorrectly.)

that's exactly what I was thinking.
I too have been a user of pb blaster for quite some time just seemed to be the best option out. but now that this new wd 40 is out i'll have to give it a try. If it does work better then PB blaster then great and if not I always have my good ol' back up... lol
One can of PB Blaster ends up lasting years. I don't think I've ever actually finished one... I just end up losing them, or leaving them at my friends' houses when I work on their cars! $7 isn't too much to give the WD-40 a shot, especially if it works!

I've used all 3 and I can honestly say that liquid wrench does it better IMO. It's kind of foamy and it works really really fast. If there's any rust or gunk you can see it eat it and it runs off. If I ever do have to get anything other than liquid wrench tho it's PB all the way.
Its pricey, like $11/bottle. Its made by sea foam. Seriously, you've never ever used anything like this if you still think PB blaster holds merit in the conversation at all.
Liquid wrench is OK, but, NOTHING LIKE DEEP CREEP.
I used Deep Creep on my original, oem cd5 exhaust. From the manifold to the muffler I replaced everything. Every heat shield, section of exhaust, the whole nine yards.
In NE, we have rust issues more than fat people like Mcdonalds. The DC was able to free up every bolt in the exhaust. I didn't even need a torch to get shit loose.
Some of these bolts were NASTY too. You couldn't even make out the hex on the top of some of the bolts, but, DC+vice grips to the rescue and NONE of my bolts broke.
Ive used this shit ever since.
It foams up and the rust falls off. Seriously. Shit looked new again afterwards.
