Stuxnet was more Israel then the US im sure.

The US just backed them since they are our ally.

For some reason I was pretty sure the US said they were directly involved. I thought I read an article shared with me about it. Wikipedia seems to claim otherwise, though. So yeah, thanks for the correction! I still wonder how much it cost me as a tax payer, :P.

I run peerblock all the time as I torrent frequently. An alarming amount of blocked addresses trying to get into my business is chinese, particularly chinese educational institutes of some kind (by title). Kinda weird. I'm just happy those IP's are blocked and reported to me for free.
Can't really say who is doing more of what though myself. I'm sure just as many are hollywood represented companies looking for people ripping off the latest movies.

Speaking of Chinese cyber attacks... we just got bombarded with some on this site!
I deleted 5 spammers today, all with Chinese IP addresses.
