Yea the police have been out of control as of late but I still stand by my reasoning that if you try to fight the cops you're going to lose. If that dude would have submitted to a search and cuffs he'd still be alive. You can shout about your rights being taken away all you want and that may be true and in court you'd win but resisting turns a bad situation into the worst case scenario. Remember they don't know if he has weapons as they haven't searched him yet. It's all about taking control of a situation so that everyone goes home. Obviously they fucked up but if he'd have stop fighting then we wouldn't be discussing this.

As for Eric Garner, the difference between your hands out in front of you and your hands on your head does not make the difference between resisting or cooperating. I'm a human being, I have been for a long time. I know whats threatening and whats not.

NYPD has no excuse. Now it's a technicality "well a choke hold is legal if it's a proper arrest..." Wtf?! How can it be a proper arrest then?!

It's wrong and wrong is wrong is wrong is wrong... Cop, security, UFC fighter, any human being knows to quit choking someone when they say "hey, I can't breathe." If they can't breathe they can't fucking breathe. You don't breathe you die.

I know what it's going to come down to. I don't like it either. I don't care who is getting killed, cops or civilians. I hate hearing about both. But I think thats what it's going to come down to sadly.

But it seems like its only in those states with heavy gun laws. anyone else notice that?

Last I heard on the water situation in Detroit was the UN was considering it inhumane. That was a few weeks ago and I have not been following it since then nor heard anything recently.

The drone thing is something to watch. I know a couple weeks ago they were talking about them being regulated by the FAA. I'm pretty sure that has not taken affect as of yet. However the FAA made Ferguson a no fly zone while the police are flying drones at night.

The world is falling to pieces. Simply put.
