I think it got worse when that woman sold her father's ghost on eBay and they got $65,000

It all started b/c her ailing father had died in the familiy's care in the house -- her 5-yr old son started complaining about "grandpa" being around still and woudn't even get up and go to the bathroom at night w/out his mom present. He suggested to her "why don't we sell his ghost on eBay?" and his mom was like "you can't do that..." It was a little later that she saw his cane, and suggested to her son "Well, we CAN sell this cane on eBay, and when it leaves our house Grandpa will have to go with it" so her son bought it -- and she posted the whole story as part of the auction -- it was all over the news. It closed at $65k...

i tried to search for the auction w/ no luck - maybe I should check some news archives
