    If rpms were an issue, like the alternator requires too many rpms to charge, you could play with the pulley sizes to get it spinning faster.

        The electric motor would still turn the pulley, that turns the rear wheel. Its just the rear wheel could have another gear on it, like a mountain bike, and then run a chain or belt to an alternator on a bracket.
