A bit of advice for my CB7 buddies..

Just thought I share a little health info to all my CB7 members, cause you know I loves you all.... anyway...I have been drinking a glass of red wine a day and my cholesterol level is great and I haven't been sick in a long time. My doctor told me, as well as a show that I saw, that wine absorbs "bad cholesterol" and helps fight off bacterial infections. During WWI red wine was distributed to the troops in the trenches to help fight typhoid fever. Just a little bit of info to keep you all healthy. Here's to your health!!

Some wines are real dry...try to get yourself a "dessert wine" it is real sweet. Almost like drinking grape juice

I've been meaning to stock up on wine myself... I'm a big fan, and I love trying new stuff. My current favorite is Little Penguin Cabernet... Little Penguin is out of Australia, and the cabernet is REALLY smooth. Not bitter at all. And it goes for about $8 a bottle!
